| Gordon Allen, PT Gordon is a graduate of Wayne State University's School of Physical Therapy. He worked as a staff PT at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo from 1971-1974. While at Bronson, he developed the Pulmonary Disease Rehab Program. In 1974 he took a position at Southwest Rehab Hospital in Battle Creek splitting his time between clinical work and teaching in the PT Assistant Program at Kellogg Community College. In 1975, Gordon founded Rehab Associates and in 1988 was instrumental in adding Children's Therapy Center to the services offered by Rehab. Assoc. Through Rehab Associates, he established Pulmonary Rehab programs at both of the former Battle Creek Hospitals. In 1976, in partnership with the Visiting Nurse Service, he established the first home health delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy in Calhoun County. |

| Ryan Murphy, P.T.A. After serving three years in the United States Army, Ryan attended Kellogg Community College where he graduated with high honors in 2006 with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Ryan has since then obtained his licence in the state of Ohio, and will graduate in the spring of 2008 with a B.A. in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. Ryan has worked for Rehab Associates & Children's Therapy Center, for nearly two years, and plans to grow with the organization for many years to come. He plans to attend the University of Findlay in the spring of 2010 where he will obtain a Masters, and then a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. |

| Kathy Mitchell, P.T.A. Kathy earned her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Kellogg Community College. She graduated in 1973. She began her career working for South West Regional Rehabilitation Center. After four years Kathy took a position at Oaklawn Hospital where she would work for the next thirteen years. She was asked to join our team in 1989 where excellence and integrity have been the hallmark of her service. |

| Holly Olmstead, P.T.A. Holly is a 2002 graduate of Kellogg Community College where she earned her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Upon graduation she took a position at Duane L. Waters Hospital in the Jackson State Prison. During this time Holly also worked for Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Nursing Home. In 2005 she joined the team of Rehab Associates & Children's Therapy Center where she currently holds a position as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Holly’s positive attitude and sincere compassion make her a valued member of our team. |
